Hi,

I have checked some places but I'm not quite convinced that my battery is dead, I didn't find the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery of help and I don't want to run a BIOS update nor repair the battery myself , is there any way I can solve this?

Please help.

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
